The ISO Standard of the assessment tool for managers is the context of the organization, leadership, planning, support and operation.

The inclusion measures of the assessment tools for the managers include: understanding the organization and its contexts, the needs and expectation of interested parties, determining the scope of the management system for educational organizations, management system for educational organizations, leadership and commitment, the policy, organizational roles, responsibilities and authorities and about planning, the actions to address risks and opportunities.
