QUALIFICA PASSPORT: A GOOD PRACTICE IN ADULT LEARNING IN PORTUGAL

The CONSIDER partnership conducted a desk research and collected the best practices in inclusive adult learning taking place in France, Greece, Slovakia, Germany, Italy and Portugal. The Qualifica Passport was identified as a good practice occurring in Portugal.

The Qualifica Passport is a digital instrument for guidance and registration of the qualifications and skills of adult learners in Portugal. With Qualifica Passport, adult learners may record the qualifications they obtained throughout their life and simulate/organize their qualification routes. The Qualifica Passport helps to identify the skills needed to construct the most suited training trajectories to the needs of each individual.

The Qualifica Passport is a very useful tool for adult learners as it allows them to receive personalized support upon their learning trajectory and have a clear image of their path.
