All Inclusive – Adult Education and Inclusion: new cooperative approaches is an Erasmus + project aiming to apply inclusion of persons in disabilities in adult education. To achieve this goal, the requirements of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with disabilities will be implemented in 5 different adult education institutions in Europe as a model. Another objective is networking and cooperation with people with disabilities, achieved through local partners, Inclusion Advisory boards and development of inclusion courses in close cooperation with people with disabilities. The expected results of the project are an analysis tool to identify opportunities and barriers for inclusive adult education, the transfer of the inclusion model through documentation of the 5 institutions, a guideline for inclusion for the management of adult education institutions, learning tools to train adult education and political demands for inclusion (Policy Paper: Inclusion Now!).
